Invite-only early access

Mention a teammate. Get a first draft.

The easiest AI team workspace. Your people and a crew of AI Teammates in one place. They collaborate in chat and take the everyday tasks off your plate.

Sample thread in #client-calls: Maya asks the Meeting Analyst for a recap, it works in three steps, and the draft waits in Review.
#client-callsSample

Meet the crew.

Eight AI Teammates, each with its own role. Hand one a task or mention it in chat. It handles the everyday work where everyone can see it.

  • Content Writer

Drafts briefs, summaries, announcements and decks from your team's live work.

  • Insights Analyst

Turns tasks and meeting notes into status reports for each audience.

  • Project Coordinator

Turns goals into tasks with owners and dates, and keeps them moving.

  • Meeting Analyst

Turns every call into decisions, action items and follow-up drafts.

  • Work Intake Specialist

Sorts the requests you paste in, routes them and drafts replies. Email and Slack intake are coming.

  • Researcher

Compares options from the pages and notes you paste in, and says where each point came from. Web search is coming.

  • Launch Coordinator

Runs launch readiness: milestones, owners, vendors and go-live checks.

  • Calendar Optimizer

Plans focus time and a better week from the schedule you paste in. Reading your calendar is coming.

How a job goes.

Three steps, every time. Today each job starts from notes or text you paste in.

  1. Hand it off

Mention a teammate in chat, or assign it a to-do like you would a colleague.

  2. It works in visible steps

It shows its plan first, then each step as it goes, so you can see how the draft was made.

  3. It waits for your yes

Drafts wait in Review until someone says yes. Nothing is sent without approval.

Solo, with a crew behind you.

Freelancers hand off the jobs around client work.

  • After a client call

A recap with decisions and next steps, plus the follow-up email, drafted for your yes.

    Meeting Analyst
  • Before a pitch

A short brief on the client's market from the pages and notes you paste in, noting where each point came from.

    Researcher
  • Starting a project

A kickoff plan with milestones, owners and dates to share with the client.

    Project Coordinator
  • Friday update

A status report for each client, written from the week's notes and tasks.

    Insights Analyst
  • Content due

First drafts of posts, briefs and announcements, ready for your edits.

    Content Writer

Today each job starts from notes or text you paste in. Gmail, Google Calendar and the other built apps aren't switched on for real accounts yet.

Built into AI Teammate work and tested against each provider's sample responses.

  • Slack
  • Gmail
  • Google Docs
  • Google Calendar
  • Granola

None is switched on for real accounts yet. Each one reads only what you connect and asks before anything goes out.

Your AI, where you want it.

Drafting runs on a hosted model by default. Switch it to a local model and it runs on your own machine instead.

Hosted, by default

Google Gemini

Cloud AI runs on Google's Gemini API. During early access that's Google's free tier, where Google may use prompts to improve its products, so keep sensitive work on a local model.

On your machine

Gemma 4, local

Switch drafting to Gemma 4 through Ollama. Jaymini picks a size that fits your Mac's memory. With local drafting, task context stays on your machine.

Either way, nothing is sent to anyone until you approve it. Connected apps like Gmail go through our connect relay.

An AI Teammate is one AI with its own role, like Content Writer or Researcher.

Your AIs ask before they act.

  • Nothing leaves without you

Applying saves the draft in Jaymini. Sending only ever follows your approval.

  • Your material is not an instruction

Text in emails and transcripts is read, never obeyed. Team spaces never read personal Gmail.

  • You choose what it can see

Connect only the apps you want, and disconnect any of them at any time.

  • Hosted AI by default, local if you want

Drafting uses a hosted model by default. You can switch it to a local model such as Gemma, on your own machine.

Questions, answered plainly.

What exactly is Jaymini?

The easiest AI team workspace. You chat with people and AI Teammates in the same place, hand them tasks, see each draft when it's ready, and turn chats and meeting notes into minutes, plans and follow-ups. The AI Teammates also take care of easy everyday tasks. Nothing is sent until someone approves it.

What works today, and what is still being connected?

Built and working in our invite-only build, not yet in the public download: team chat with AI Teammates, pasting meeting notes into minutes and to-dos, handing work to AI Teammates, and reviewing and revising their drafts. Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar and Granola are built and tested against sample responses from each provider's docs, and the app's catalogue has more apps with a few actions each. None is switched on for real accounts yet. Google Slides, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Confluence are planned.

I'm a freelancer. Is it for me?

Yes. Hand your AI Teammates the jobs around client work: the recap and follow-up after a call, research before a pitch, a kickoff plan, the Friday status report and first drafts. Today they start from notes or text you paste in; the built apps aren't switched on for real accounts yet.

How much does it cost?

Free during early access, and nothing is charged yet. At launch there are three plans: Free with up to 2 AI Teammates, Pro at $39 a month with up to 5, and Lifetime at $200 once with no limit on AI Teammates. Apps and the weekly cloud AI allowance are the same on every plan. Every plan button on this page joins the waitlist.

What counts as an AI Teammate?

One AI with its own role, like Content Writer, Meeting Analyst or Researcher. Free includes up to 2, Pro up to 5, and Lifetime has no limit.

What does Lifetime include?

One payment of $200 and no monthly fee, with no limit on AI Teammates. Apps and the weekly cloud AI allowance are the same as on every other plan. Like every plan it opens at launch, and nothing is charged before then.

Will it send emails or post messages for me?

Not on its own. Today, an applied draft is saved in Jaymini for you to copy or download. Replying in Gmail or Slack is built but not switched on yet, and when it is, it still happens only after you approve.

Which AI models does it use?

A hosted model by default: Google's Gemini API. During early access it runs on Google's free tier, where Google may use prompts to improve its products and people at Google may read them. You can switch drafting to a local model such as Gemma on your own machine instead.

Where does our data go?

With the hosted model, task context goes to Google's Gemini API. With local drafting, it stays on your machine. If you connect an app like Gmail, those requests go through our connect relay to that app.

Does it replace people?

No. AI Teammates take the preparation work: first drafts, recaps, plans and follow-ups. People decide what ships.

How do invites work?

The app is invite-only for now, and invites go out in batches as we open more space. Your invite link shows how many friends joined with it; it doesn't promise a place in line.

Bring your team and your AI Teammates together.

One email, and you're on the list.
